Product Customization
Can I preview my design before placing an order?
While we don’t offer live previews at checkout, each product listing contains design examples for you to browse. Once you place your order, you’ll receive a first version of your design within 1-3 business days. You can request unlimited revisions until your design is perfect.
What elements of the map design can I customize?
You can customize the print and frame size, map location, description, and the placement of the location pin. For further customization, please inquire during the design approval stage.
Is there a limit to the text I can include in the description?
We recommend keeping the text short (each of the 3 lines under 40 characters) to ensure the design looks clean. If you have a longer message, we will try to accommodate it while ensuring it fits well.
Design and Approval Process
How long will it take until I can see the design for the first time?
You’ll receive the first version of your design via email within 1-3 business days of placing your order.
What if I don’t like the first version of my map design?
No problem! After you receive the design by email you can request as many revisions as needed until it is exactly what you have imagined. We want you to be 100% satisfied before printing.
Can you help me with design suggestions if I’m unsure what to choose?
Absolutely! We’ll gladly offer design recommendations to match your preferences and create a piece you’ll love.
Printing and Materials
When will my order be printed?
Once you approve the design, we'll finish printing your poster within 2-3 business days.
What printing materials do you use?
We use high-quality, thick, matte paper to ensure a premium look and feel. For framed posters, we use durable, lightweight frames with crystal-clear acrylic glass for safe shipping.
Can I change the size or frame choice after I approve the design?
Unfortunately, changes to size or framing options can’t be made after the printing process begins. Please ensure all details are correct before approval.
Do the frames come ready to hang?
Yes! All frames include wall-mounting hardware, so your artwork is ready to hang right out of the box.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Your order should arrive within 1-7 business days after design and printing, depending on your location. Please refer to our How It Works section for further information on shipping times.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking link via email so you can monitor its delivery status.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States, including Alaska. Delivery typically takes 1-7 business days.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If you experience shipping delays, please contact us via email or our contact form. We’ll investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Pricing and Discounts
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
We offer a 10% discount on your first order after subscribing to our newsletter. Furthermore, we plan to offer seasonal and holiday discounts in the future. Stay tuned for announcements on our newsletter!
Are there any hidden fees, like taxes or import duties?
No hidden fees! Since we produce and ship within the USA, there are no import duties to worry about.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
We currently don’t offer gift wrapping, but you can include a personalized message with your order, which we’ll print on a card and include with the package.
Do you have any perks for repeat customers?
We’re working on launching a loyalty program soon! Repeat customers will be able to earn points for future discounts and exclusive offers.
Payment Methods, Cancellations, and Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer the standard online payment methods such as credit card and PayPal.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, but you have a small window to cancel and receive a full refund. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once the design process begins, we can no longer offer a full refund.
Can I get a refund if I’m not happy with my poster?
Since each poster is custom-made to order, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the design after production. However, we’ll do everything possible to ensure you’re happy before printing!
What is your policy if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. Send us a photo of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible or issue a refund.
What should I do if my package is lost during shipping?
Please reach out to us immediately if you suspect your package is lost or delayed. We’ll work with the courier to locate your order or provide a solution.
Troubleshooting & Common Concerns
I made a mistake in my customization details. Can I update it?
If you notice an error, please get in touch! Before the design is approved by you, we’ll be able to update the order details. After it's sent to production, we cannot accommodate further changes in most instances.
I didn’t receive my design yet - what should I do?
If you don’t receive your proof within 3 business days, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us, and we’ll resend it right away.
How do I make sure my print lasts for a very long time?
- For quick cleaning, dust your fine art paper print with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.
- Do not display in area with direct sunlight to keep the print from fading over time.
- Framing the print is highly recommended to protect it from damages.
